Terms of Service
♥ Prices are in USD and are non-negotiable. Payments will be through PayPal or Ko-Fi and will be paid exclusively in USD.♥ When showing or using my work, I must be credited.♥ You may only commission up to 3 items at one time.♥ Commissions costing over $29 will be done in two payments. One before i start, and the second before giving the completed file.♥ Changes requested after a singular item's completion, or any major changes requested at any point in the commissioning process, may add an extra fee of my determination.♥ Refunds are only available if i have yet to start a commission. (50% refundof first payment)♥ I reserve the right to cancel a commission, and give a refund of 50% of first payment. This will rarely be done.♥ I reserve the right to decline any person for a commission for any reason.♥ Until second payment, all items will have a watermark on them and will not have any transparent background. These are not allowed to be changed until full completion.♥ My art or items may never be used or sold as Non-Fungible Tokens. Following this, my art may never be put into an AI or used to train AI in any way.♥ Side Note: I have a chronic illness, I am very frequently in pain and often am unable to do things I normally could. Take this into account when commissioning me as things may be slow at times, and there very much could be delays in work completion. However, prices will not change for this.

PNG-Tubers
A PNG-Tuber is a portrait that represents you while streaming, often having Variations and Toggles.Variations are things such as the mouth opening when you speak, or the eyes blinking.Toggles are emotions or other major changes the portrait you may want to use.
